Hello, I’m Amelia, the founder of Amelia Wellbeing.
I began my journey into health and wellness through discovering yoga. What started as a personal practice soon grew into a deeper interest in other forms of self-care, including mindfulness, meditation, nutrition, and learning about the microbiome. Exploring these areas provided tools that supported my own personal transformation and continue to guide both my life and my wellness practice today.
My passion for health and wellbeing inspired me to study holistic health more deeply. This led me to become a qualified yoga and Pilates instructor, allowing me to share the benefits of movement and body awareness with others. I also enrolled in the Integrative Health program with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, where I trained as a Health Coach. Following this, I chose to specialise further in gut health and have continued my professional development through certification with the International Association for Health Coaches (IAHC).
