Hello, I’m Amelia, the founder of Amelia Wellbeing.
Beginning my journey into health and wellness was through a gateway of finding yoga. I came to establish a yoga practise to combat anxiety and depression growing up. This interest soon spread into other forms of Self care such as; mindfulness, meditation, nutrition and learning about studying the microbiome. These aspects unlocked tools for my own transformation as I navigate life and my wellness practice today.
My passion for health has encouraged me to study holistic health further and as a result has led me to becoming qualified as a Yoga and Pilates Instructor. As well as enrolling to study Integrated Health with the Institute of Integrated Nutrition in New York. Where I gained my qualification as a Health Coach and then proceeded to specialise in Gut Health, with continued certification with the International Association for Health Coaches (IAHC) .
